Emergency Backpack 非常用持ち出し袋

I checked inside the emergency backpacks and most of the food was out of date

It’s a good thing that we didn’t need to use them in the last 9 years, but recently we have had some earthquakes and other alerts, so it is good to be prepared.

We went to a home center and could find most of the things to be replaced, but they only had big bottles of water.  Those are OK to keep at home, but carrying them in the backpacks would be too heavy.  We looked for smaller ones and finally found some.

I just hope we never need them.

９年間使うことがなかったのは喜ばしいことですが、最近地震や他のアラートもあるので準備しておくに越したことはありません。

ホームセンターに行って、ほとんどの非常食は見つかりましたが、水は２リットル入りのものばかりでした。家で使うのにはそれで良いのですが、持ち運ぶとなると大きすぎます。あちらこちらを探してやっと見つけました。

また賞味期限が切れるまで使わわずに済むことを願っています。
